Both founders’ journeys are rooted in restoring balance rather than pushing limits. Every element of the retreat (movement, meals, rest) is structured to move you out of fight-or-flight and into safety. This changes everything.

Arrive into stillness, land in the body, and shift out of “doing”.Day 2
Morning breath + gentle movement (20–30 min)

Journaling prompt + quiet reflection walk
Surprise Workshop
Lunch (shared, slow, unhurried)
Restorative yoga or Pilates with breath focus
Free time (rest, read, enjoy the pool, explore the forest trails)

Dawn contemplative yoga or pilates movement.
