Unlike many retreats that focus on productivity or performance, our foundation is regulation.

Both founders’ journeys are rooted in restoring balance rather than pushing limits. Every element of the retreat (movement, meals, rest) is structured to move you out of fight-or-flight and into safety. This changes everything.

  • Day 1

    • Arrival + welcome tea & light nourishment

    • Settle into rooms, explore the grounds

    • Optional gentle walking meditation in the gardens

    • Opening circle: intention sharing (soft, no pressure)

    • Light movement

    • Dinner by candlelight (local, nourishing, simple)

    Purpose of the day:
    Arrive into stillness, land in the body, and shift out of “doing”.

    Day 2

    • Morning breath + gentle movement (20–30 min)

    • Nourishing breakfast

    • Journaling prompt + quiet reflection walk

    • Surprise Workshop

    • Lunch (shared, slow, unhurried)

    • Restorative yoga or Pilates with breath focus

    • Free time (rest, read, enjoy the pool, explore the forest trails)

    Purpose of the day:
    Support embodied awareness and gently deepen presence.

    Day 3

    • Dawn contemplative yoga or pilates movement.

    • Breakfast

    • Creative breakout (poetry, collage, journaling)

    • Lunch in the courtyard

    • Pool and gardens free time

    • Meditation

    • Stretching + breath session

    • Communal dinner (shared gratitude practice)

    • Women’s circles and reflection

    Purpose of the day:
    Bring gentle creative expression into your internal clarity.

    Day 4

    • Morning movement (mobilization + breath)

    • Breakfast

    • Integration circle

    • Free time to rest, pack, or wander the woods

    • Light lunch

    • Surprise Workshop

    • Closing tea + slow goodbyes

    • Departure

    Purpose of the day:
    Collect insight, ease movement back into daily life.

    Optional Silent Extension

    For those choosing the optional days:

    • Dawn silent contemplative walk

    • Nourishing breakfast

    • Silent journaling + self-guided nature time

    • Mild restorative movement in silence

    • Silent lunch. No phones allowed

    Next Day

    • Gentle Closure

      • Sunrise breathwork (optional)

      • Silent breakfast

      • Departure

    Note: The silent extension is space for internal settling.
