Who is this retreat for?This retreat is for women who are seeking rest without intensity, nourishment without restriction, and connection without pressure. You do not need prior physical activity experience or creative skills, only openness to slowing down.
Is everything mandatory?No. All activities are invitational.
You are free to participate fully, partially, or simply rest. Autonomy is part of the experience. Every retreat offers different experiences.
What level are the yoga, pilates or stretching classes?Sessions are focused on nervous system regulation and embodied presence rather than performance. No advanced practice is required.
What is included in the price?Your stay includes accommodation in a shared room, daily nourishing meals, movement sessions, workshops, and curated rituals throughout the retreat.
Optional add-ons (such as private transfers, massages, 1 to 1 coaching sessions and additional nights) are available separately.
What is the optional silent extension?The silent extension offers additional time at the venue with minimal structure and no formal workshops. It is designed for deeper rest and integration in a quieter rhythm.
How do I reserve my space?A 50% deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due by the stated deadline. Spaces are limited to preserve intimacy. The 50% inicial deposit is not refundable and the remaining 50% is refundable cancelling with at least 45 days notice in advance.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
What airport should I fly into?Details regarding nearest airports and transfer options will be provided after booking confirmation.
Can I come alone?Yes. Most women attend independently. Shared rooms are thoughtfully paired to ensure comfort and alignment. Inquire for our “bring one friend” discount.
What is the group size?To preserve intimacy and ease, the retreat is limited to a small group.
Can you accommodate food intolerances?Yes. We are happy to accommodate common dietary needs and intolerances. Please share any requirements during the booking process so we can plan accordingly.
What kind of food will be served?Meals are nourishing, seasonal, and thoughtfully prepared, with a focus on balance, warmth, and enjoyment, not restriction. Food is an essential part of the retreat experience and is designed to support energy, digestion, and ease.
